We are living in such an era where ‘stress’ and ‘tension’ are the two enemies that stick with us like our shadows. They never let us be in peace, even for a single moment. Some of us have professional tension, some of us have physical trouble, some have career-oriented tension, and so on. And the ultimate result is worse physical and mental health. With these conditions, we are not only suffering alone but also giving trouble to others, those who care for us, love us, and depend on us.
But if there are problems, there must be solutions. I know that when I tell you the way to the solution, most of you laugh at me. And your first expression will be, “Ah! Is it so easy? If it is true, then why are most people suffering?” Now, my answer is that only proper Yoga and Meditation can give you a better chance to overcome all of your problems. Seems funny? What Is Yoga?
The way to exercise physically, mentally, and spiritually is called Yoga. The word ‘Yog’ arose in ancient India from a Sanskrit word that means to gather. This is the ultimate assembly with the consciousness of our body and achieving certain peace.
Yoga is the process of practicing specific body posture and breathing exercises to achieve ultimate physical and mental health benefits. There are two forms of Yoga: one is “ Asanas’ or postures, and another is ‘Pranayam’ or breathwork.

There are so many processes to practice Meditation. If you scratch on YouTube or any social media (most of us think they are the ultimate guide to any subject), you will get thousands or many more ways to practice Meditation. Most of us make the common mistake of choosing one process and practicing for some time (most of the time in the wrong way), and when we get no benefits, we give up and say, “ All are bogus!” So, if you want to experience the actual result of Meditation, get the help of an expert.
